Go east on Lexington Road, US Highway 78, several miles past Wal*Mart. The road narrows as businesses end and you enter the country side. Just after passing a perpetual care cemetery on the left, you will come to a stop light. Turn right here onto Morton Road. Continue on Morton several miles until it ends, teeing into Belmont Rd. Turn left on Belmont Road and go about a mile and a half. Bob Godfrey is the first road to cross Belmont Road (there is no stop sign on Belmont). Just before this intersection, you will see a riding stable on your right and a church will be visible past the intersection on the right. Turn left onto Bob Godfrey Rd and go 0.2 mile down the hill. When you see a red brick Georgian house on the left slow down and turn your left turn signal on. Go another 0.2 miles and at the next patch of trees on the left you will see the Woodhill sign. Turn left here but be careful and watch for cars behind you in your rear view mirror. Occasionally drivers don't notice your turn signal and try to pass you on the left. Go east on College Station road. When College Station ends at Barnett Shoals just after Kroger, turn right. At the next light, Barnett Shoals Road turns left. Go left on Barnett Shoals and continue until it tees into Bob Godfrey and Barnett Shoals Road. Green Hills Golf Course will be straight ahead. Turn left onto Bob Godfrey. Go south through downtown Watkinsville, past Oconee Bank, the County Court House and the downtown area, to the at the first light south of downtown. Turn left here on Barnett Shoals Road (90 degree turn just past Town Center on left). Go west from downtown Craford about 4 or 5 miles on US Highway 78 and turn left onto Wolfskin Road just past Oglethorpe Animal Hospital on your right. Go about 7 miles on Wolfskin and you will cross over the Big Creek bridge (just after Double Bridges Road). Then you will start heading up a hill and will come to the Athens-Clarke County / Oconee County line. Here Wolfskin Road changes it's name to Bob Godfrey Road. Continue past the county line signs a hundred yards or so and you will see the a small white Woodhill sign and a gravel drive on the right. Turn right here. Go north on US 441 until you almost get to Watkinsville. You will have just passed through Bishop. When the road expands from 2 lanes to 4 lanes take the first road right, US Business 441. You will see Thomas Orchard on your left across from the turn. Go about one mile toward Watkinsville on Business 441 until you come to the first traffic light. Turn right here onto Barnett Shoals Road. You should pass the Town Center on your left. (Do NOT take the hard right here which will take you south down state route 15 toward Greensboro.) Go about 6 miles east on Barnett Shoals crossing the Oconee River and at the top of the next hill, Green Hills Country Club will be on your right.
